Dr. Rodriguez is the Henry J. Kaiser Endowed Chair of Organized Health Systems and Professor of Health Policy and Management at the UC Berkeley School of Public Health. He has led teamwork research studies in diverse systems, including the VA, private physician practices, and community health centers. He currently serves as co-investigator for a PCORI-funded project examining the role of primary care team functioning on improved diabetic patient outcomes and patient-reported outcomes of care.
