The Teamwork Framework

Edit resource

This is an analytic tool that can be used to assess a team's attributes, processes, and effectiveness. It offers a conceptually-driven framework, and specific questions, to guide analyses about team assumptions, values, ethical positions, and effectiveness. The framework may be used by individual team members to reflect on their behaviors, or by the team as a whole to discuss team strategies. It can also be used by instructors, trainers, and evaluators. This document presents the framework, provides embedded guiding questions for evaluating team processes and effectiveness, offers related advice for teams, and includes a References section.
