The Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS) is a proprietary online survey instrument designed to help consultants and work team leaders diagnose their team structure, support, and leadership. The TDS assesses how well members work together, and their motivation and satisfaction level. The survey was constructed by foremost team experts Richard Hackman and Ruth Wageman, based on Professor Hackman’s authoritative work, "Leading Teams." Was surprised to see a place to edit the instrument?

The links should be active, Thursday, February 03, 2011

I'd like to link directly to the resource.

Direct link, Thursday, February 03, 2011

I'd like a direct link to the resource too. It shouldn't be so hard to find.

Correction to information, Monday, January 16, 2017

I have just corrected the information about availability as this tool is only made available free of charge for approved research purposes. General use does attract a fee. There is also an accreditation process available if people would like to develop their mastery in using the TDS.

Development of TDS, Monday, January 16, 2017

Additional information is now available in the 'full report' option. This info is useful for Team Leaders, Coaches and other consultants who use this tool to support team coaching and development.
