Brief description of procedure/scoring method:

Scale is measured in two parts, both on 5-point Likert scales. The first part is rated from very poor to excellent. The second part is measured from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree.

Hall, KL, Stokols, D, Moser, RP, Taylor, BK, Thornquist, MD, Nebeling, LC, et al. (2008). The Collaboration Readiness of Transdiscplinary Research Teams and Centers. American Journal of Preventive Medicine, 35(2S), S161-172. The above study reported an alpha of 0.95 for this scale with 56 investigators involved with a large transciplinary research initiative.
