The purpose of this scale is to measure the quality of learning team interactions in medical education settings. The 18-item scale was developed to measure the quality of team interactions.

Brief description of procedure/scoring method:

Items are measured on a 6-point Likert-type scale from “none of the time” to “all of the time.” The original study summed all 18 items to create a TPS score (with a possible total of 108 points). Team score was determined by averaging the TPS scores for all team members.
